We depart from Castro by car towards Chonchi and from there to Huicha, where we’ll fit the bikes before aboard the ferry to cross to Lemuy Island, one of the largest of the archipelago, and the one who has more patrimonial churches with 3 churches under UNESCO protection.

After about 15 minutes, we disembark in Chul-chuy and from there we bike the first 6 km until Ichuac and its wooden church from 1880.

We continuing pedaling through quiet paved road for other 17 km until reach Aldachildo, with a church built on 1910. Here we take a detour for the 10-km gravel road and then we back to the main road for the last 10-km through a narrow road with breathtaking views of the sea on both sides, we’ll arrive at Detif, with its small and beautiful wooden church built the beginning of XIXth century.

In the late afternoon, we return to Castro.
