From Castro, we head to Chonchi where we’ll adjust the bikes for the bike fitting, while you’ll have time to explore the Church Nuestra Señora Del Rosario, from the XIXth century.
From Chonchi we begin to pedal towards Chiloé National Park. The light traffic and the beauty of the landscape turn this trip into a perfect option where most of the route runs along the Huillinco and Cucao lakes with small farms. Five miles before the National Park, we’ll stop in the indigenous community of Quilque for a light-lunch to recover energy and enjoy the local gastronomy made of organic products.
Once in the National Park, we have the option of leaving the bicycles and hike into the forest in El Tepual trail. In the afternoon, we’ll return to Castro by car.
Por la tarde regresamos en vehículo hasta Castro.
