TOUR
We’ll head out from Castro to Chepu where we’ll get familiar with the basics of handling our kayak and try out our safety equipment. After this, we’ll spend 3 hours kayaking through submerged temperate rain forests that boast an abundance of birdlife, among other flora and fauna – all associated with this wet temperate ecosystem.
Afterward, we’ll travel along a secondary road to the western coast of the island to the Natural Monument of Puñihuil Islets, here, you’ll have time enough for lunch before enjoying a boat trip around the three nesting grounds of both, the Humboldt and Magellan’s Penguin colonies.
At the evening, we’ll head back to Castro.
